Emergency Response is a dedicated team of master diesel mechanics and commercial repair experts based near Williams, AZ. We connect quick regional dispatch with advanced computer diagnostic tools, handling everything from roadside tire blowouts to complete mobile brake overhauls and transmission troubleshooting.

Why You Need This Service

Resolving mechanical breakdowns quickly at major highway and rail transport junctions prevents costly freight delays and keeps commercial traffic moving safely.

Mitigating Mountain Corridor Stressors to Preserve Equipment

The junction of major freight and tourism routes (I-40, Hwy 64, historic Route 66) in Williams combines steep mountain climbs, high altitude, and severe weather changes. Heavy engine pulls up steep grades put severe strain on turbochargers, cooling systems, and clutches. Freezing winter temperatures freeze unmanaged air lines and drain heavy battery banks overnight. Ignoring mechanical fault codes, low air pressure, or worn tires leads to dangerous highway strandings and expensive towing fees. Fixing issues on-site quickly protects your drivetrain, ensures safety compliance, and keeps freight moving.

Schedule Diagnostics Natively

Identify cooling hose degradation and air system moisture early before mountain winter drives.

An absolute nightmare of a company to deal with !!! All I can say is stay clear and don’t take their word when they tell you they will show up. We literally sat on the side of interstate waiting for 6 hours for this company to show up and were told numerous times they were on the way. We were completely lied to ! Excuse after excuse as to why they didn’t show. No communication whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this crooked fly by night place. We were even told after the fact that Robert conducts this kind of business all the time and is not a trustworthy person.

Today, I had the privilege of meeting Robert and Angela Maclin from Emergency Response LLC. Although their base is in Williams, AZ, they were somewhat nearby. I had previously read their reviews and was quite impressed. Since they had traveled to Phoenix to deliver a load, Robert, a highly skilled mechanic, kindly offered his assistance. Robert exemplifies the true meaning of a Jack of All Trades, and along with his wife, they diligently worked until all the issues with my RV were fully resolved. Their work was carried out with great efficiency and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs, heavy equipment hauling, or semi-mechanic services. Thank you, Robert and Angela, for your invaluable help.

Blew a leaf spring on my 5th wheel RV in a really bad spot on I17 S. They picked up the phone after hours and got someone out there and got me out of danger for the night and showed up in the morning with parts. The mobile tech, Andrew was great, knowledgeable and professional he did really nice work. Got me back running and I was able to finish my trip without further incident.
