An absolute nightmare of a company to deal with !!! All I can say is stay clear and don’t take their word when they tell you they will show up. We literally sat on the side of interstate waiting for 6 hours for this company to show up and were told numerous times they were on the way.  We were completely lied to ! Excuse after excuse as to why they didn’t show. No communication whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this crooked fly by night place. Today, I had the privilege of meeting Robert and Angela Maclin from Emergency Response LLC. Although their base is in Williams, AZ, they were somewhat nearby. I had previously read their reviews and was quite impressed. Since they had traveled to Phoenix to deliver a load, Robert, a highly skilled mechanic, kindly offered his assistance. Robert exemplifies the true meaning of a Jack of All Trades, and along with his wife, they diligently worked until all the issues with my RV were fully resolved. Their work was carried out with great efficiency and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs, heavy equipment hauling, or semi-mechanic services. Blew a leaf spring on my 5th wheel RV in a really bad spot on I17 S. They picked up the phone after hours and got someone out there and got me out of danger for the night and showed up in the morning with parts.
