How It All Started

Emergency Response began in 2017 with a clear goal: help drivers facing truck, trailer, RV, and heavy-duty breakdowns without forcing them to search for multiple providers. Based in Williams and serving the Flagstaff area, the company was built around mobile response, practical diagnostics, and repairs delivered where vehicles need help most.

From the beginning, the approach was simple: bring capable technicians, repair tools, and mechanical skill directly to the roadside. When a repair can be completed safely on-site, the team works to reduce towing and downtime. All I can say is stay clear and don’t take their word when they tell you they will show up. We literally sat on the side of interstate waiting for 6 hours for this company to show up and were told numerous times they were on the way.  We were completely lied to ! Excuse after excuse as to why they didn’t show. No communication whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this crooked fly by night place. Although their base is in Williams, AZ, they were somewhat nearby. I had previously read their reviews and was quite impressed. Since they had traveled to Phoenix to deliver a load, Robert, a highly skilled mechanic, kindly offered his assistance. Robert exemplifies the true meaning of a Jack of All Trades, and along with his wife, they diligently worked until all the issues with my RV were fully resolved. They picked up the phone after hours and got someone out there and got me out of danger for the night and showed up in the morning with parts.
