Who we are

Restore Reliable Power and Diesel Performance

Diesel engines that hesitate, lose power when loaded, idle rough, or use more fuel suddenly may be suffering from more than one problem. Performance is affected by fuel delivery, air intake response, turbocharger performance, sensors, injections, electrical control, engine management data, and injectors. We use a comprehensive diagnostic method to provide our diesel engine tune-up service. Our technicians examine operating symptoms as well as engine data in order to identify what’s preventing you truck from providing the performance and responsiveness that is expected on Northern Arizona routes.

Why You Need This Service

If you ignore performance changes, it can put more stress on your engine. It may also increase the likelihood of roadside issues. Incorrect sensor readings or air-delivery problems, as well as poor combustion or incorrect sensor measurements, can cause excessive fuel consumption or reduced pull power. Diesel diagnostics professionals can identify problems before they become larger repairs.

Fix poor fuel delivery and engine response

Diesel engines depend on precise fuel delivery and the right pressure at precisely the right time. Fuel restrictions, sensor failures or inconsistencies with rail pressure, as well as injector issues, can cause a lack of acceleration, tough starting, rough running, and hesitation. Our technicians examine engine performance and diagnostic data in order to identify the cause of the issue, whether it is fuel delivery, sensor inputs, air management or any other supporting system. The source of the problem can be pinpointed more precisely, allowing repairs to target the right components and preventing unnecessary replacements of parts that are working properly.

Find turbo, airflow and sensor performance problems

Airflow accuracy and electronic data are essential for modern diesel engines. The performance of the truck can be affected by problems with boost pressure, sensors for intake, readings on temperature, wiring or components that control engine management. Our team inspects engine data to identify irregularities and issues with performance. The goal is dependable drivability, consistent pulling power, and manufacturer-compliant engine operation for trucks working across Williams, Flagstaff, and surrounding highways.

Complete Diesel Performance Diagnostic Support

Expert diesel tuning starts with knowing how your engine is working, rather than just changing parts without any testing. The first step in a proper tuning procedure is to evaluate key factors, such as the fuel supply, the air intake, the exhaust flow, temperature of engine, and settings for electronic controls. These systems can be reviewed together to identify any areas which may limit engine performance or affect fuel consumption. The diagnostic testing data and vehicle performance can be used to guide the adjustments according to the specific requirements of each vehicle. The tuning can be done based on the actual behavior of the engine, rather than assumptions. This helps maintain a balanced performance while supporting its overall operation.

Engine Performance Scan

Check diagnostic data, operating data and stored fault codes for issues affecting engine performance.

Fuel System Assessment

Examining the symptoms of fuel injection, injectors and pressure as well as starting, acceleration and engine response.

Tests on Turbo-Airflow and Airflow

Checking the boost performance of your engine and any airflow issues that could be contributing to reduced power.

ECM and Sensor Diagnostics

Evaluating electronic inputs and manufacturer-approved engine parameters to identify inconsistent performance.

An absolute nightmare of a company to deal with !!! All I can say is stay clear and don’t take their word when they tell you they will show up. We literally sat on the side of interstate waiting for 6 hours for this company to show up and were told numerous times they were on the way. We were completely lied to ! Excuse after excuse as to why they didn’t show. No communication whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this crooked fly by night place. We were even told after the fact that Robert conducts this kind of business all the time and is not a trustworthy person.

Today, I had the privilege of meeting Robert and Angela Maclin from Emergency Response LLC. Although their base is in Williams, AZ, they were somewhat nearby. I had previously read their reviews and was quite impressed. Since they had traveled to Phoenix to deliver a load, Robert, a highly skilled mechanic, kindly offered his assistance. Robert exemplifies the true meaning of a Jack of All Trades, and along with his wife, they diligently worked until all the issues with my RV were fully resolved. Their work was carried out with great efficiency and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs, heavy equipment hauling, or semi-mechanic services. Thank you, Robert and Angela, for your invaluable help.
