Who we are

Local Mobile Mechanics and Commercial Corridor Technicians

Emergency Response is a dedicated team of diesel technicians and heavy equipment mechanics serving the Dogtown and Kaibab Lake routes. We combine quick local dispatch with mobile repair tools, taking projects from initial system diagnostics through suspension repairs, air line fixes, and tire replacements.

Why You Need This Service

Fast roadside service on local haul and rural routes prevents long strandings and avoids expensive long-distance towing.

Mitigating Forest Road Hazards to Safeguard Equipment

Rough road surfaces, sharp gravel, and changing weather conditions cause continuous wear on commercial vehicles operating near Dogtown and Kaibab Lake. Driving over unpaved or rough asphalt surfaces increases the risk of tire sidewall cuts, suspension air bag punctures, and loose fittings. Ignoring air leaks, tire damage, or suspension sag leads to severe breakdowns in areas far from standard repair shops. Fixing issues on-site quickly eliminates safety risks, protects your chassis, and keeps your rig moving.
Schedule Diagnostics Natively

Inspect tire treads and suspension components before operating on unpaved roads.

An absolute nightmare of a company to deal with !!! All I can say is stay clear and don’t take their word when they tell you they will show up. We literally sat on the side of interstate waiting for 6 hours for this company to show up and were told numerous times they were on the way. We were completely lied to ! Excuse after excuse as to why they didn’t show. No communication whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this crooked fly by night place. We were even told after the fact that Robert conducts this kind of business all the time and is not a trustworthy person.

Today, I had the privilege of meeting Robert and Angela Maclin from Emergency Response LLC. Although their base is in Williams, AZ, they were somewhat nearby. I had previously read their reviews and was quite impressed. Since they had traveled to Phoenix to deliver a load, Robert, a highly skilled mechanic, kindly offered his assistance. Robert exemplifies the true meaning of a Jack of All Trades, and along with his wife, they diligently worked until all the issues with my RV were fully resolved. Their work was carried out with great efficiency and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs, heavy equipment hauling, or semi-mechanic services. Thank you, Robert and Angela, for your invaluable help.

Blew a leaf spring on my 5th wheel RV in a really bad spot on I17 S. They picked up the phone after hours and got someone out there and got me out of danger for the night and showed up in the morning with parts. The mobile tech, Andrew was great, knowledgeable and professional he did really nice work. Got me back running and I was able to finish my trip without further incident.
